Welcome to Suites Online®. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SuitesOnline.com (the “Site”) and the services, listings, information, and features made available through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, submitting or claiming a listing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Suites Online
Suites Online provides an online directory and marketplace for accommodations, business and office suites, coworking and meeting spaces, convention and event facilities, destination resources, mobile and unique suites, and related services. Suites Online may provide information and links that allow users to communicate with or obtain services from independent property owners, operators, service providers, tourism organizations, and other third parties.
2. Listings and Information
Suites Online strives to provide useful and current information, but we do not guarantee that every listing, description, photograph, price, availability, amenity, address, link, or other item of information is complete, current, or error-free.
Listing information may be obtained from property owners or representatives, publicly available sources, third-party sources, historical Suites Online records, or other sources reasonably believed to be reliable. Suites Online may correct, update, reorganize, suspend, or remove listing information at any time.
3. Claiming a Listing
A person submitting a request to claim or manage a listing represents that they are the owner, property manager, authorized representative, corporate or brand representative, or otherwise have authority to act on behalf of the listed business or property.
Submitting a claim does not automatically transfer control of a listing. Suites Online may verify the identity and authority of the person submitting the request and may request additional documentation or information before approving a claim.
Suites Online reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, revoke, or request additional verification for any listing claim when reasonably necessary to protect the accuracy and integrity of the Site.
4. Listing Submissions and Changes
Users who submit, claim, or manage listings are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and current information. You agree not to submit false, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or unauthorized content.
All owner-submitted listings, material changes, and other submissions may be subject to review and approval by Suites Online before publication. Suites Online may edit formatting, classifications, duplicate records, or other administrative information to maintain consistency and accuracy across the directory.
5. Duplicate and Historical Listings
Suites Online generally maintains one current public listing for a physical property or location. We may consolidate duplicate listings and retain historical names, ownership information, prior brands, and other records internally for research, reconciliation, and administrative purposes.
6. Accounts and Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You agree to notify Suites Online if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account.
7. Bookings, Reservations, Prices and Availability
Some listings may provide booking, reservation, inquiry, availability, pricing, or similar functionality. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the property owner, operator, service provider, booking provider, or other third party—not Suites Online—is responsible for the accommodations, spaces, services, prices, availability, cancellations, refunds, taxes, fees, policies, and fulfillment of the transaction.
Additional booking or transaction terms may apply when reservation or payment functionality is offered through the Site.
8. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to websites, reservation systems, tourism organizations, property operators, advertisers, and other third-party services. These third parties operate independently of Suites Online. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, services, representations, or transactions.
9. Photos, Content and Intellectual Property
By submitting photographs, descriptions, logos, or other content to Suites Online, you represent that you have the right and authority to provide that content and authorize Suites Online to use it in connection with the listing and promotion of the Site and its services.
The Suites Online name, branding, website design, original editorial content, databases, compilations, and other materials owned by Suites Online are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Suites Online intellectual property to a user.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site to engage in fraud, impersonation, unauthorized listing claims, unlawful activity, interference with the operation or security of the Site, automated extraction or misuse of Site data, or infringement of the rights of another person or organization.
11. Suspension and Removal
Suites Online may suspend accounts, remove content, reject submissions, revoke listing-management privileges, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users or third parties, address security concerns, or preserve the accuracy and integrity of the Site.
12. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Suites Online does not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information supplied by third parties will always be accurate or current.
Users should independently verify information that is important to a purchasing, booking, leasing, travel, business, or other decision.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suites Online and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site, reliance upon listing information, third-party services, or transactions between users and third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to the Suites Online Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, and protected.
15. Changes to These Terms
Suites Online may update these Terms as the Site, services, legal requirements, or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated date. Continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
